The IRS warns it may have to delay the tax season start date at least one week to January 26th, but may even have to delay the season another week until February 4th.

Any employer that has as few as one employee must provide a notice of employee health coverage options and information to each employee, whether that employee is part-time or full-time. This applies to all businesses whether they do or do not currently offer employee health benefits.
